Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference.


Exchanges & Change of Mind

We accept exchanges and returns for any reason, including incorrect size or change of mind, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the return conditions above.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

International Returns

We welcome returns from international customers under the same conditions. Please note:

  • Return shipping and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@blokecore.co with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return or exchange

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by use


Additional Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns

  • Retain your shipping receipt until we confirm your return has been received
